I like that this book helps families have better, easier and healthier lives. Some people think vegan food is weird, but the vegan recipes in this book are kid-friendly and will be familiar to most people. Who can resist pancakes, nachos, pasta and ice pops? Personally, I grew up on those staples. This book shows you that while transitioning to a vegan diet, you CAN enjoy your favorite meals and snacks.
