I love veggie burgers and have eaten a lot of them, so I wanted to start sharing my finds with a new Veggie Burger Spotlight series. So many veggie burgers, so little time.
People are lining up outside of a tiny restaurant in New York City to get a taste of what chef David Chang is calling “the best veggie burger I’ve ever had.”
In 2018, Shake Shack tested a new veggie burger in select restaurants, and this addition is super easy to order vegan. Hopefully it stays on the menu in 2019 and makes its way to all Shake Shack locations. 🍔
BAO (which stands for Bad Ass Organics) creates fermented vegetables, sauces and drinks using the 7000 year old method of fermentation providing tasty and probiotic rich products. The process of fermentation harnesses the best nature has to offer, using salt and naturally forming fermented acids to encourage the growth of beneficial micro organisms (probiotics).
