My Overall Impression
I like how Lisa gives a detox plan and recipes for each season. The recipes are pretty easy to follow and contain all fresh, natural ingredients, making the whole “let’s get healthy!” mentality seem a LOT more feasible if you’re in a bit of a health slump and need some help. This book a good choice for people who are new to healthy eating and could use a step-by-step, seasonal guide to detoxing.

Why is PH Balance so important? Which produce items contain the most pesticides? What are the daily instructions for embarking on a cleanse? Lisa answers these questions and more in the beginning chapters before getting into the seasonal eating guides.
