Maxine’s Heavenly Cookies are dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and non-GMO certified. They are made from a truly healthy base of oats, brown rice flour, flax seed, and sunflower lecithin. They are sweetened ONLY with coconut sugar and contain no chemical or artificial ingredients. My favorite flavors were the Chocolate Chocolate Chip and the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip.
