I often hear from people who think eating plant-based is difficult, but that doesn’t have to be the case. This cookbook has easy recipes that anyone can make and will enjoy eating.

I have a sweet tooth, so I was happy to try Mini Coco-Roons from Wonderfully Raw Gourmet Delights. I give them two thumbs up for sure — these little bags of superfood sweet treats are both tasty and wholesome. Win win!

I may have given up meat and dairy, but I didn’t give up my favorite foods! I still eat the dishes I loved as a child and never feel deprived with my lifestyle. When people ask me “what do you even eat?” I always chuckle a little, because the answer is everything! I seriously don’t miss meat and dairy when I have such great alternatives.

But I’ve just always liked the flavor and texture of the bread, veggies and sauce on its own, so it’s more like a flatbread.
Yes, it’s safe to say I am opinionated about my pizza. So when I found out that Domino’s had a vegan crust option, I had to try them out.

Music festival season is upon us! In NYC, we look forward to The Governors Ball, which takes place on Governor’s Island. The music lineup isn’t even the best part in my eyes (but hey, I’m a vegan foodie…). The real stars of the festival are the dozens of food trucks and vendors that carry plant-based and vegetarian options. There are even some all-vegan vendors!
