More makeup companies should follow wet n’ wild’s lead — they’ve announced all their makeup brushes will be vegan by 2016. PETA was a great force behind this action. Did you know that makeup brushes are commonly made from squirrel, mink, sable, horse (sometimes called “pony”), or goat hair? Mink and sable brushes in particular are products of the fur industry.
Sydney Gets Its First Vegan Fish n’ Chips Shop
Good news for vegans who live in Sydney, Australia — you can now get vegan fare at Bliss and Chips, the city’s first all-vegan fish and chips shop.
