After hearing an outpouring of requests, vegetarian and vegan restaurant Veggie Heaven is coming back to downtown Austin.
Taco Bell Now Offers an American Vegetarian Association-Certified Vegetarian and Vegan Menu
The menu can be altered to allow customers to create their own vegetarian and vegan friendly dishes using their 35 AVA certified ingredients, 26 of which are also vegan.

Impossible Foods Raises $108 Million to Create Plant-Based Cheeseburger
Impossible Foods is on track to create a cheeseburger made entirely from plants after raising $108 million from investors like Bill Gates. The company aims to create meat alternatives that are entirely made from plant products and indistinguishable from the real thing.
