MY OVERALL IMPRESSION
If you like to cook, this book is a fun way to focus in on nuts and expand your skills for working with these nutritional powerhouses in the kitchen. It’s useful to know how to replace dairy with nuts. For example, if you’re not vegan or vegetarian, then in a pinch you can learn to use cashews to whip up a creamy tomato sauce for guests who don’t eat dairy.
